Ridgway Colorado Licensed Massage Therapist - LMT

Michelle Brugiere, Licensed Massage Therapist

I have been fascinated with the deep connection between Body-Mind-Spirit throughout my life and have been studying and practicing the art of massage therapy, Yoga, Qi Gong and meditation since 1990.

I spend most of my free time in Nature, where I connect deeply with the elements and the wild life. It allows me to recharge my energy and enhance my deep gift of intuition, which translates throughout my sessions. I listen to your body guiding me and responding to my work.

A few months out of the year, I run the Wellness Program on board the National Geographic Sea Bird and Sea Lion, small expedition cruise ships.  For this work, I travel to Southeast Alaska for 3 weeks in the Summer and Baja California for two months in the Winter. Besides providing massage therapy for the guests on board.  I teach a stretch class every morning, lead exercise hikes, kayaking trips, go snorkeling with the sea lions in the Sea of Cortez, and watch whales up close and personal.
