Michelle Brugiere, Ridgway Massage Therapist

I have been fascinated with the deep connection between Body-Mind-Spirit throughout my life and have been studying and practicing the art of massage therapy, Yoga, Qi Gong and meditation since 1990.

I spend most of my free time in Nature, where I connect deeply with the elements and the wild life. It allows me to recharge my energy and enhance my deep gift of intuition, which translates throughout my sessions. I listen to your body guiding me and responding to my work.
