Welcome to my studio in Ridgway Colorado. Whether you are looking for massage therapy, relaxation or both, I customize each session to your specific needs and listen to your body guiding me throughout my work. During each session, I blend the Western approach, such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reflexology and Sports massage with the Eastern philosophy of the Chi, the energy flow, and pressure points connected to specific organs in the body, which allows your body to relax, renew and rejuvenate. I also apply Ortho-bionomy, which comes from Osteopathy, and helps recognize the body's self healing and self regulating ability.
